In honor of Constitution Day Sept. 17th fourth graders learned about the constitution and composed their own fourth grade constitution. Students had to provide a signature which they had been learning about in ELA with our cursive writing unit.



Musket apparel orders are in! They will be handed out at the West Nodaway vs. North Nodaway game tomorrow night in Burlington Junction, beginning at 5:30 PM. Any orders not picked up will be available at each school on Friday.

Plant Science students tested the pH of several soil samples. They then determined the nutrients available for plants and the effects on plants.

Kindergarten has been working hard on learning their alphabet. We have built letters using play-doh and pattern blocks.

It was a great day of learning for staff at the 275 Conference. We had an excellent keynote speaker, Dr. Adolph Brown. Then teachers attended various breakout sessions where we had some of our own even presenting during these sessions!



Community Blood Drive at BJ American Legion Building, 2:00-7:00 PM. Donations greatly needed, due to VERY low blood supply. We hope to see you today!
