Five students joined Mrs. Clayton for the first College & Career Monday trip of the school year with a focus on art and animation. Our first stop was at the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art where students explored four different galleries. Our other stop was the Hollywood Animation Academy which is a two-year animation school. Students got a tour by founder Gavin Dell who has directed and/or animated The Simpsons, Scooby Doo, Looney Toons, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Pink Panther and many other cartoons and videogames.
