
Today we gathered around the flag pole to remember the tragic events from 9/11. The MS/HS students did a great job planning this assembly. We were honored to have 5 members from the National Guard with us, 4 of them being West Nodaway alumni.

Ag Power & Tech students are making windmills which they will use to convert wind energy into mechanical energy.

Food Science students are comparing difference methods of washing hands, work space and utensils, and determining which method is best.

Plant Science students conducted an experiment to explore the relationship between organic matter and water holding capacity of soil.

7th grader Collin Kinsella received a Fanta with a stick taped to the side of it today for doing FANTASTIC on his Nation's of the World assessment! 30 correctly located nation's!!! Way to go Collin!

After analyzing three of the first plans for Reconstruction after the Civil War, HS American History students decide what they think the most important decisions were by choosing what their plan would have been to reconstruct America.



7th graders starting math working on equivalent ratios!



STEM Friday- 5th grade students had fun predicting & investigating how many paperclips they could fit in a full glass of water. This science experiment exploring the surface tension of water always seems to surprise the kids! #scienceisfun
