We would like to send a HUGE congratulations out to all of the JH/HS students that earned "Perfect Second Quarter!" These students will be treated to a special lunch at West Nodaway shortly after we return from break. 🎄 Great job, everyone!
Twenty of our JH/HS students earned "Perfect Semester!" That means that all of these students had perfect attendance, were never tardy to class, and had zero discipline the entire first semester. All recipients have earned a special lunch off campus when we return from break.🎄
The Elementary Formal Christmas Dinner is Tomorrow! 🌟🎅🏼

Over the past two weeks, elementary students have been working with a partner to create table decorations for the Formal Christmas Lunch. There are candy cane reindeer, Christmas trees, snowmen, and beaded candy canes. The kids are excited to see their creations on the tables!

Fourth Graders worked on a creative writing piece today. Their task was to create a new suit for Santa to wear this year, and why their suit is better than his original suit.

5th grade teams turn a fact/opinion game into a competitive rely race. Their objective was to read statements, decide if they’re facts or opinions, place in the proper cup, run back and tag the next teammate. We had so much fun with this!
Second grade spent part of the morning shopping for presents for their families as part of our local sorority's Small Mall project.
Elementary students were able to enjoy a play this morning brought to them by Alpha Psi Omega, NWMSU’s theatre fraternity. It was a great way to start the day!
4th graders have been working on writing book recommendations this week!

Today the high school student council officers delivered the school's food drive collection. Thank you to everyone in elementary and junior high/high school who donated items!
5th grade worked on word problems today by creating their own and having classmates solve them!
