7th graders carried out an investigation to gather data on the physical and chemical properties of a variety of substances.

There will be a before school mentoring program starting November 12 from 7:35-7:50 each morning. Interested A+ students need to email Mrs. Clayton the days they would like to participate. This is a commitment for the semester and then we will look at doing it again come spring.

7th Grade students will have an opportunity on November 5 to visit five businesses around Burlington Jct and learn about various jobs in our community. Students need to wear good walking shoes and a jacket if temperatures are cool in the morning.

🚨UPDATE: The High School Girls Basketball parent meeting has been moved to Nodaway Holt High School. 🚨

7th grade science students tested the density of several substances. Higher density substances formed the bottom of the 7-layer column while lighter density substances formed the top layers. A few students had time to test random objects, such as, coins, a bottle cap, and dice, to see what their density.

For those interested in playing NCAA athletics after high school, there is an upcoming webinar to help answer questions a family might have about athletic eligibility.

Don't forget to come to our Book Fair! The Book Fair will take place 10/21-10/25 from 7:30-8:30AM and 3:40-4:00PM. The Book Fair will also be open during Parent Teacher Conferences. 📚
