Kindergarten made listening ears in Counseling after reading the book “Why Should I Listen” with Miss Dye!

Preschool has enjoyed Read Across America week!


Sophomores toured Northwest Technical School to learn about career and technical education courses available to them next year. Our current students even showed them the ropes!

Hey Elementary! Bust out your blue for Friday! Rocket blue, Royals blue, navy blue...whatever shade of blue you love! Purple works too! Last day of Read Across America week! Pick out a blue or purple book and read!

Reminder: The West Nodaway Open Alumni basketball tournament will take place this Saturday, Mach 6th. Games begin at 8:00 AM. Concessions will be available, and the community is invited to attend!



Spectators are allowed at the Stewartsville Varsity Scholar Bowl meet this evening. Rooms are small, so they're asking to please limit to only a couple of spectators per student. Masks are requested for parents.

Good luck to our varsity Scholar Bowl team as they compete in Stewartsville this evening at 4:30 PM! Go Rockets!

NHS "Change War" is still happening until Friday! All proceeds go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Students can bring in money for their class. Whichever class brings in the most money wins

Mt. Tabor 4-H is collecting pull tabs to donate to the Ronald McDonald House. This charity provides a home away from home for families of critically ill children. Please consider donating your tabs. Please drop off pull tabs at the West Nodaway School.

Reminder: The West Nodaway Board of Education will hold a special session/community forum TONIGHT at 6:00 PM in the media center. Questions will be answered in regard to the April 6th levy question that will be voted on by district patrons.
