Ms. Talmadge's Geometry class is using Uno cards to solve algebraic proofs. They are working on justifying their work by writing statements and reasons.
The weather may not have cooperated but our students came home with a bag full

Tonight's JH basketball games against East Atchison will begin at 5:30 PM with two quarters of "B" boys, followed by a four quarters of JH girls and four quarters of JH boys. Go Thunder!
Due to weather, Trunk or Treat is cancelled today. Local businesses/parents involved are still welcome to drop off treats or candy at the school and we will distribute to the kids. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Did you know there is a food pantry in town, sponsored by the First Christian Church of Burlington Junction? It is located at 211 East 3rd Street, and you can contact them by phone at (660) 253-0823. The West Nodaway Food Pantry is open every Tuesday from 4:00-6:00 PM, and there are Wal-Mart drops on the 2nd, 4th, and any 5th Wednesday of each month. Don't hesitate to stop by if you need assistance!
