The "pies" have it! These kiddos earned the opportunity to pie a teacher with all the reading they did last school year! Thanks to our brave staff who took a pie in the face all for the sake of our readers! Students can earn this fun reward this year, too! Keep reading!



Second grade is working on team building while learning vocabulary words for their fairytales and tall tales unit.







Gia, Zoe, and Ryder were the first to make the fridge! They got a perfect score on their first math assignment of the year. Congratulations!

Classes are encouraged to bring pull tabs from pop, soup, fruit, vegetables, pet food, juice, or anything else. The class with the highest weight will receive an ice cream party! This ends September 29th, but this will be an ongoing project for the FFA! The FFA is sponsoring this service project to benefit the Ronald McDonald House.

Donate blood Wed, Sept 6th, at the American Legion Building in Burlington Jct from 2-6 pm. Each year scholarships are awarded to WN students based on the number of donors! So help save lives and provide scholarships for WN Seniors!
